一期切开引流挂线术治疗256例肛周脓肿临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Treatment of 256 Cases with Perianal and Perirectal Abscess by Primay Incision Drainage and Thread Drawing Therapy

目的:总结一期切开引流挂线术在肛周脓肿治疗应用中的疗效,探讨一期切开引流挂线术在肛周脓肿治疗中的可行性。方法:对256例肛周脓肿采用一期切开引流挂线术治疗后的临床资料进行分析、总结。结果:256例患者,一次性成功治愈253例,占98.8%,3例二次手术治愈,占1.2%,疗效满意;随访无复发,未出现严重并发症和后遗症。结论:一期切开引流挂线术治疗肛周脓肿是有效、安全、可行的,能有效预防脓肿复发、肛门畸形、肛瘘形成等并发症所致二次手术的后果。

Objective：To summarize the effect of primay incision-drainage and thread drawing therapy on perianal and perirectal abscess,and to discuss the practicability of application.Method：256 cases with perianal and perirectal abscess were treated by primay incision-drainage and thread-drawing therapy and the clinical data were analyzed and summarized.Result：The operation was successful in 253 cases（98.8%）,and recurrence occurred in 3 cases（1.2%）,which need another operation. The curative effect was satisfied,no recurrence was found during the follow-up,and there were no serious complications and sequelae.Conclusion：Primay incision drainage and thread drawing therapy on perianal and perirectal abscess is safe,effective and ideal,and which can effectively prevent the recurrence of the abscess,the anus malformation and other complications such as intestinal fistula formation caused by the consequences of secondary surgery.
