耳穴压豆对急性心肌梗死患者早期焦虑状态影响的临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of auricular plaster therapy on anxiety state in patients with early acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨耳穴压豆对急性心肌梗死患者早期焦虑状态的影响。方法:将56名存在焦虑状态的急性心肌梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察两组治疗前后焦虑状态的评分和分度。结果:治疗组急性心肌梗死患者焦虑状态的粗分及标准分明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆能明显改善急性心肌梗死患者早期的焦虑状态。

Objective：To explore the effect of auricular plaster therapy on anxiety state in patients with early acute myocardial infarction.Methods：56 patients with acute myocardial infarction in anxiety state were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, to observe the score and indexing of anxiety state in two groups before and after treatment. Results：The rough and standard scores of anxiety state in patients with acute myocardial infarction in treatment group decreased significantly （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Auricular plaster therapy can improve the anxiety state in patients with early acute myocardial infarction.
