综合护理干预对老年肾衰竭行血液透析患者的影响

Comprehensive nursing intervention effects on elderly patients with kidney failure line of hemodialysis

目的:探讨综合护理干预对老年肾衰竭行血液透析患者的影响。方法:将我院近期收治的透析患者50例随机分为干预组(25例)和对照组(25),干预组给予血液透析室综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组患者的满意度。结果:干预组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年肾衰竭行血液透析患者实施综合护理干预能显著提高护理满意度,确保血液透析过程的顺利进行,值得推广。

Abstract：Objective：To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention effects on elderly patients with kidney failure line of hemodialysis. Methods：Of dialysis patients admitted in our recent 50 cases, were randomly divided into intervention group（25eases） and control group （25）, intervention group was given hemodialysis room comprehensive nursing intervention, control group given routine nursing care, compared two groups of patients satisfaction. Results：Intervention group patients satisfaction with nursing care is significantly higher than the control group, compared two groups, difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For elderly patients with kidney failure line hemodialysis implement comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, to ensure that the blood dialysis process smoothly, is worth promoting.
