Evaluation of disinfection and sterilization method used

目的:熟悉压力蒸汽灭菌,紫外线消毒效果实验的检测方法。方法:依据中国药典2010版标准要求,用标准消毒灭菌的检测方法对常用消毒灭菌效果进行评价。结果:指示菌杀灭率≥99.9%。结论:通过实验证明,常用的压力蒸汽灭菌和紫外线消毒的检测方法效果理想,消毒合格。

Objective：Familiar pressure steam sterilization,ultraviolet disinfection experimental detection method. Method：according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 version of the standard requirements of the standard detection methods of sterilization used to evaluate the effectiveness of disinfection and sterilization . Results：indicator bacteria kill rate ≥ 99.9%. Conclusion：The experiment proved popular pressure steam sterilization and ultraviolet disinfection method for detecting the results are satisfactory ,disinfection qualified.
