调和肝脾汤治疗胃神经功能症临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Harmonizing Liver and Spleen Decoction in the Treatment of Gastric Neurosis

目的:分析胃神经功能症患者采用调和肝脾汤治疗效果。方法:100例胃神经功能症患者随机分成试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊、谷维素片、维生素B1片治疗,试验组加用调和肝脾汤治疗。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的88.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重腹泻等症状。结论:对胃神经功能症患者采用调和肝脾汤治疗,效果好,不良反应少,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective：To analyze clinical effect of harmonizing liver and spleen decoction in the treatment of gastric neurosis.Method：100 cases of gastric neurosis were randomly divided into test group and control group,50 patients each.The control group were given trimebutine maleate capsules,oryzanol tablets, and vitamin B1 tablets treatment,while the test group were added harmonizing liver and spleen decoction.Result：The total effective rate in test group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than that in control group（88.0%）,there was significant difference between two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.The two groups had no severe diarrhea and other symptoms.Conclusion：Gastric neurosis patients treated with harmonizing liver and spleen decoction has good effect,less adverse reaction,is worth of promotion and application in clinical practice.
