阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Aripiprazole in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的:调查研究阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将68例精神分裂症患者分成治疗组和对照组,各34例,两组均给予精神分裂症常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上使用阿立哌唑。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.2%,与对照组的67.6%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗6周后PANSS评分为(40.6±12.6)分,对照组为(46.5±1.2)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗精神分裂症的基础上增加使用阿立哌唑,可以有效提高患者的临床效果,且安全性较高,值得在临床上进一步推广运用。

Objective： To investigate and study the clinical results of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method： 68 cases schizophrenia patients were divided into treatment group and control group according a random number table, each group had 34 cases, the two groups were given routine treatment of schizophrenia, the treatment group were given aripiprazolc treatment based on routine treatment.Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, the difference was statistically significant compared to 67.6% in the control group（P〈0.05）; after 6 weeks of treatment, the PANSS score of the treatment group was （40.6±12.6）; the control group was （46.5 ± 1.2）, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Aripiprazole treatment of schizophrenia based on routine treatment, can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical effects, and has high security, it is worth to further promote the use of clinically.
