中风辨证施护的心得体会

Experiences of Dialectical Nursing of Apoplexia

目的:进一步研究中风辨证施护的护理要点,为患者提供更佳护理方案。方法:选取2011年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的65例中风患者的临床资料进行详细研究,在基础护理之外,为其实施辨证护理。结果:通过积极的辨证施护,15例治愈,49例好转,1例死亡,5例患者出现便秘、褥疮等并发症。结论:针对患者不同的中风类型进行辨证施护,同时结合患者病情针对性的调整护理措施,能够提高护理效果。

Objective：Further study key point of apoplexia dialectical nursing,providing better care for patients.Method：Choose January to December 2011 in the author’s hospital clinical data of 65 apoplexia patients in detail research,in basic nursing,dialectical nursing for it.Result：By positive dialectical nursing,15 cases were cured,49 cases were improved,I case died,discharge,only 5 patients complications in patients with constipation,bedsore etc. Conclusion：For different type of apoplexia of dialectical nursing of patients,with adjustment for the nursing measures,to improve the nursing effect.
