摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期急性脂肪肝(AFLP)的临床特点,以便早期诊断和及时治疗。方法:对2007-2012年笔者所在医院收治的4例妊娠期急性脂肪肝患者的诊治经过进行对比分析。结果:4例患者均有凝血功能障碍、产后大出血。剖宫产3例,其中1例系外院剖宫产术后转入笔者所在医院抢救无效死亡。顺娩1例。新生儿均存活。结论:急性妊娠脂肪肝是发生在妊娠晚期的一种严重并发症,母儿死亡率高。早期诊断、尽快终止妊娠和综合治疗是提高母儿预后的关键。
Objective： To explore the clinical features of acute fatty liver of pregnancy（AFLP） for early diagnosing and curing timely. Method： Diagnosis and treatment of 4 typical cases with acute fatty liver of pregnancy from 2007 to 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Result： A total of 4 patients had coagulation disorders and postpartum hemorrhage.Three cases used cesarean sections, including 1 death case after cesarean section in the outer court was transferred to our hospital and rescued invalidly.There was eutocial in 1 case.All neonates were survival.Conclusion： Acute fatty liver of pregnancy is a serious complication occurred in late trimester of pregnancy, and maternal mortality is high.Early diagnosis, termination of pregnancy and comprehensive treatment are the keys to improve the prognosis of mothers and infants.
