马克思的需要范畴是马克思主义的基础性范畴,是考察与分析人类全部历史活动的根本出发点,也是中国共产党制定各项方针政策和工作重点的依据之一。保障和改善民生,要以马克思主义需要理论为指导,推进经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设"五位一体"总体布局,切实保障和满足人民群众与"五位一体"总体布局相对应的经济需要、政治需要、文化需要、社会需要、生态需要等"五位一体"的民生需要。

As Marxism＇s basic categories, Marx＇s need scope is basic starting point of inspection and anal-ysis of all human history activities, and also one of the important basis that the Communist Party of China has formulated policies and priorities. To ensure and improve people＇s livelihood, Marxism need theory must be the guide. We should promote the ＂ five-in-one＂ overall layout, safeguard and meet the people and ＂five-in-one＂ overall layout＇corresponding economic need, political need, cultural need, social need, ecological need etc ,the needs of the people ＂five-in-one＂.
