摘要
淮河文化作为一种独立的河流文化为人们重视较晚。与中下游相比,河南境内的淮河上游文化资源尚未得到应有的开发利用。以河南信阳为例,通过梳理其文化资源,运用SWOT分析法对资源-旅游产品转化的适宜性进行分析后认为,信阳将文化旅游资源开发为旅游产品具有较大的发展潜力,进而提出了"一个服务中心,两条旅游带,三大旅游区,四条精品线"的旅游产品空间布局策略。
As an independent river culture, Huaihe river culture has been given much later attention. Com-pared with midstream and downstream, cultural tourism resources in the upstream of Huaihe River in Henan province has not been properly exploited. Taking Xinyang city as an example,on the basis of sor-ting out its cultural resources and by evaluating the feasibility of transmission between resources and tourism products with the method of SWOT analysis,it concludes that Xinyang has great potential tor cul-tural tourism development in this paper,and proposes an overall spatial distribution strategy of " one serv-ice center, two tourism belts, three tourism regions, four tourist lines" of tourism product.
