Internationalized education, on the horizon, may become a domestic trend in higher education and a key index to measure outstanding universities. With China＇ s increasing political and economic influence on the globe, reinforcing nation＇ s soft- power has become one of the national advance strategies. With the establishment of Confucius Institutes all over the world, more and more are eager to know about China, and to learn Chinese as well. Consequently how to seize the opportunity, use comparative advantages to strengthen Chinese language education overseas and to promote the internationalization of higher education evolves into a big issue worthy of further study.
