摘要
移动互联网的创新具有三重属性:移动互联网是互联网逐步发展中的技术创新,其更接近于真正意义上的互联网;移动互联网是一种基础的创新工具或手段,为现有的社会生产和生活方式提供应用创新;移动互联网是一种新的社会网络,可以积极地改善社会知识结构,从而促进社会创新。从未来角度看,第三重属性是移动互联网最重要的创新所在,应该得到更多的研究关注和政策支持。
The Innovation of mobile Internet has three attributes： Firstly, mobile Internet is an innovative technology in the progress of Internet, which is more similar the future Internet. Secondly, mobile Internet is a basic tool or method to help the society create new productions and new services. Thirdly, mobile Interact is a social network that has positive influence on the social knowledge for the social innovation. For the future, the third is the most important attribute of mobile Internet for innovation, and it should be paid more attention to in the academy and policy.
