摘要
目的探究21例儿童颅内室管膜瘤的护理经验。方法回顾性分析2001年9月—2012年5月收治的儿童室管膜瘤患者21例的临床资料与护理经验。结果患儿平均住院日25天,92%的患儿在40天内出院,低于同级别其他医院报道水平。随访12个月,肿瘤无复发者66.7%、痊愈11.1%。结论治疗期间,严格监测患儿颅内压力、精神状态、体温、心率等,可帮助患者取得较好的预后。
Objective To explore treatment and clinical nursing experiences of 21 pediatric patients with the brain ependymomas treated with stereotactic radiosurgery. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 21 patients who were admitted ,0 this hospital for brain ependymomas and received treatment during September 2001 and May 2012. Results The mean time was 25 days when patients were in hospital, and 92% of patients left hospital during 40 days. Results of post-operative follow-up showed that, 66.7% cases of ependymomas did not reoccur, and 11.1 % cases cured completely. Conclusion A better prognosis would be attained when given strictly monitoring on the intracranial pressure, body temperature, and heart beat peri-operation.
