眼外伤继发青光眼的护理分析

目的分析眼外伤继发青光眼的临床治疗及护理措施。方法收集眼外伤继发青光眼患者68例,按照数字随机法分为观察组与对照组,每组34例,对照组行常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行针对性护理,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为91.2%,显著高于对照组的70.6%;观察组的并发症发生率为2.9%,显著低于对照组的17.6%;护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼外伤继发青光眼的临床表现具有多样性,根据临床特点实施综合护理干预,有利于提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的护理满意度,促进患者的康复,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical ocular trauma secondary glaucoma treatment and care measures. Methods 68 patients with secondary glaucoma were secondary glaucoma eye injury, according to figures randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in the control group underwent conventional treatment and care, observation group were based uplink targeted care, compared to analysis of the two groups of care results. Conclusion Ocular trauma secondary glaucoma clinical manifestations are diverse, according to the clinical features implemented comprehensive nursing intervention will help improve clinical outcomes, improve patient satisfaction with care, and promote the rehabilitation of patients, it is worth in clinical application.
