摘要
目的探讨脑卒中鼻饲患者心理护理的重要性。方法将60例神志清醒的脑卒中鼻饲患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组30例,对照组进行常规护理,干预组进行针对性的整体护理、有效的沟通和全面的健康教育。结果置管的成功率增加,鼻饲患者的并发症减少,脑卒中患者的精神状态转好。结论对脑卒中鼻饲患者实行整体的心理护理后,降低了操作失败和并发症的发生率,减轻了患者的痛苦和压力,提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To research the importance of the psychological nursing for the stroke patients on nasal feeding. Methods 80 stroke patients on nasal feeding are randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 40 patients each, control group is taken routine care, while intervention group, targeted holistic nursing care with effective communication and comprehensive health education. Results The success rate of intubation increases, the incidence of complications of patients on nasal feeding reduce, the mental state of the stroke patients gets better. Conclusions After the implementation of the overall psychological nursing for the stroke patients on nasal feeding, operational failure, the incidence of complications and the patient＇s pain and pressure reduce, the patient＇s quality of life is improved.
