摘要
医院人事制度改革对医院的整体发展具有重大意义,同时,医院的发展,离不开良好的效益指标评价体系,从医院整体出发,采用因子分析法、专家咨询法等指标确立方法,分析指标设定的特定,从医院发展的四个层面确定万丈的效益指标评价体系。
