HLA-G在部分头颈部恶性肿瘤中表达研究进展

摘要 人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)是经典非主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)I类分子。近年研究认为其分子特点和功能在肿瘤发生、发展过程中起到重要作用。从目前国内外的研究成果看来,HLA-G与肿瘤发生发展的功能相关性主要包括免疫抑制、免疫监视和免疫逃逸三个阶段。近年来发现其在部分头颈部恶性实体肿瘤如鼻咽癌、甲状腺乳头状癌、口腔癌、喉癌的表达日益增多。因能够为其诊断和治疗中提供参考,并判断预后,日益引起人们重视。
