摘要
根据地铁车门门扇再装配过程中存在的问题,对装配尺寸链进行分析,找出影响再装配工艺的因素,采用合理的调整措施,恢复门扇再装配精度。
Focusing on the problems occurred in the metro train door leaf re-assembly process, the paper makes an analysis on assembly dimension chain, influential factors in re-assembly process, and takes reasonable adjustment measures to ensure the door leaf re-assembly accuracy.
