摘要
从长缘厚朴(Magnolia rostrata W. W. Smith)树皮中分离得到1个新化合物——联烯丙基苯对苯醌类物质,命名为木兰醌magnoquinone(1),以及7个已知新木脂素类化合物,厚朴酚magnolol ( 2 ), 和厚朴酚honokiol( 3 ), 4-o-methylhonokiol ( 4 ), 3-o-methylmagnolol(5), magnoldehyde B(6), magnolignan A(7)和 magnolignan C(8)。研究表明,长缘厚朴可作为中药厚朴( Magnolia officinalis)的代用品。
A new compound, named magnoquinone(1), was isolated from the bark of Magnolia rostrata, together with seven known neolignans, m agnolol ( 2 ) , honokiol( 3 ) , 4-o-methylhonokiol ( 4 ), 3-o-methylmagnolol(5 ), magnaldehyde B(6), magnolignan A(7)and magnolignan C(8). Their structu res were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. This research offered chemica l components supports that Magnolia rostratacan can be as a substitute for M. officinalis, a traditional Chinaese medicine.
