摘要 造血干细胞(HSCs)的微环境(Niche)是一类特化的结构,HSCs驻留在其内并受其调控。HSCs Niche主要由基质细胞和非细胞成分组成。目前,根据位置和功能不同可将HSCs Niche分为骨内膜HSCs Niche和血管HSCs Niche。研究表明骨内膜表面的细胞参与形成Niche,但不能肯定这些细胞确实参与构成了Niche,还是通过分泌HSCs相关细胞因子或生物大分子在骨内膜附近参与Niche的调控。血管及血管周围同样也可能具有Niche,因为大量的HSCs驻留其中。但随着研究的深入,科学家发现骨髓中可能存在非骨内膜Niche或脉管Niche的其他HSCs Niche。 Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs)microenvironment is a specialized structure, which HSCs reside in and is subject to its regulation. HSCs niche is mainly composited of stromal cells and non-cellular components. Currently, according to the location and function, HSCs niche can be divided into endosteal HSCs niche and vascular HSCs niche. Endosteal surface cells involved in the formation of niche, but it cannot be determined if these cells constitute the niche, or participate in the regulation of the niche near the endosteal via secretion of cytokines. Vascular and perivascular may also have a niche, because there are tremendous numbers of HSCs. However,further research found that HSCs niche other than cndosteal or vasculature niche may exist in bone marrow.
