摘要
研究肿瘤血管的生成机制,探索抑制肿瘤血管的生成,可以为肿瘤的预防、诊断和治疗方法的改进提供新的理论支持。环加氧酶(COX)2的过表达参与了肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润和转移的整个过程,这一过程可能与其能够促进肿瘤血管生成的作用密切相关。缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)在多种肿瘤组织中过表达,并能调节肿瘤组织的生物学行为,对维持肿瘤细胞的生理代谢功能,促进肿瘤组织及新生血管的生长发挥了重要作用。它们的过表达与肿瘤组织新生血管高度相关,表明肿瘤血管的生成有COX-2和HIF-1α的参与。
The study of the formation mechanism of tumor blood vessels to explore the inhibition of tumor angiogenesis, can provide a new theoretical support for cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment methods. Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)overexpression is involved in the process of tumor occurrence, development, inva- sion and metastasis ,which may be closely related to the promotion of tumor angiogenesis. Hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) is overexpressed in various tumor tissues, and can regulate the biological behavior of tumor tissue, to maintain the physiological metabolism of tumor cells, playing an important role in promoting tumor angiogenesis and growth. Their overexpression is highly correlated with tumor angiogenesis, indicating that the COX-2 and HIF-1α are involved in tumor angiogenesis.
