摘要
近年来,子宫内膜癌在国内的发病率明显升高,导致该类恶性肿瘤发生、发展的遗传因素很多。色素域解旋酶DNA结合蛋白4(CHD4)、F框/WD40域蛋白7(FBXW7)和SPOP基因是最新发现的三个遗传驱动基因,它们在人类细胞周期的进展及细胞的生长、分化中起着重要的作用,可引起恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及变化,使不良预后增加。该文就联系这三个基因各自的结构与作用机制,及其在子宫内膜癌中的表达现状进行综述。
In recent years, the incidence of endometrial cancer in China increased significantly, with a lot of genetic factors contributing to the development of this malignant tumor. CHD4, FBXW7 and SPOP gone are newly discovered three genetic drivers, which play an important role in human cell cycle progression, cell growth and differentiation. They can cause malignant tumor occurrence, development and change, and increase the poor prognosis. Here is to make a review of these three genes from the perspectives of their struc- ture and action mechanism,and their expression in endometrial carcinoma.
