肿瘤干细胞——脑胶质瘤放疗新靶点

摘要 成人神经胶质瘤放疗后脑内复发率高,源于残存耐放射的肿瘤干细胞(TSC)。降低局部复发的关键可能与TSC空间隐匿、残留有关。成人脑室周围区和海马结构颗粒下层是TSC的源头储藏池,TSC在放疗过程中从一个或多个原发灶沿迁移通路逆行移动以避免损伤。干细胞巢的位置及迁移通路的明确给TSC的靶向放疗提供了可行性,TSC巢——脑室周围区域作为放疗新靶点,可能改善治疗效果,从而提高脑胶质瘤患者的治愈率。 Aduh glioma has high recurrence rate in brain after radiotherapy, derived from the residual radiation-resistant tumor stem cells(TSC). Further improvement on the local recurrence control may be related to TSC space occult and residual. In adult brain tissue, the periventricular area and the hippocampal forma- tion subgranular layer are nest for TSC, as the source and storage pool. During radiotherapy, TSC retrograde move along the migration path from one or more primary lesions to avoid damage. Identification of TSC nest location and migration paths will provide feasibility to targeted radiotherapy to potential tumor stem cells. If TSC nest-the periventricular region, is the new target of radiotherapy for glioma,it may fundamentally improve the cure rate of glioma.
