摘要 对于心脏手术患者,急性肾损伤(AKI)是常见的严重的并发症之一,与住院时间延长和病死率增高密切相关,但对于心脏手术患者,及早发现和诊断AKI尚无特异性检查方式。近年来,虽然有很多研究表示血清胱抑素C、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白、肾损伤因子1和白细胞介素18等是诊断AKI最有前景的生物学标志物,但还存在一定局限性。 For patients undergoing cardiac surgery, acute kidney injury is one of the common and serious complications, closely related to prolonged hospitalization and mortality, but specific inspection methods for the early detection and diagnosis is still absent so far. In recent years, ninny studies have indicated that serum eystatin C,neutmphil gelatinase associated lipoealin, kidney injury molecule-1 and interleukin-18, are the most promising biomarkers in the diagnosis of acute renal injury, though there is still a certain limitation. Here is to make a review of these biomarkers.
