摘要 甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)是指甲状腺腺体本身产生甲状腺激素过多而引起的以神经、循环、消化等系统兴奋性增高和代谢亢进为主要表现的一组临床综合征。如今,越来越多的研究显示甲亢可能会对认知功能和情绪产生影响。诸多因素能够影响认知功能和情绪,包括海马长时程增强、一氧化氮、脑低灌注状态、氧化应激等。该文就甲亢对认知功能及情绪的影响这一问题对国内外相关文献作一总结。 Hyperthyroidism is a group of clinical syndromes with increased excitability and hyperme- tabolism of nerve, circulation, digestive system as the main manifestations, which are caused by too much thy- roid hormone produced by thyroid gland. Nowadays, more and more studies show that hyperthyroidism may be able to impact cognitive function and emotion. Many factors can impact cognitive function and emotion, inclu- ding hippocampal long-term potentiation, nitric oxide, brain hypoperfusion and oxidative stress. Here is to summarize the present foreign and domestic research on the influence of hyperthyroidism on cognitive function and emotion.
