特发性脊柱侧弯患者肩平衡的研究进展

摘要 特发性脊柱侧弯是脊柱畸形中最常见的一种。脊柱畸形导致患者躯干失衡,也会造成双肩的失衡。已经有许多影像学指标和外观指标用以评价患者术前术后肩平衡,但是并没有一项指标能够真实反映患者肩平衡,且影像学指标和外观指标间的相关性并不高。同时,手术中对于固定节段的选择尤其是术中融合上胸弯,也会对术后肩平衡产生影响。该文针对特发性脊柱侧弯患者肩平衡的最新研究进展进行综述。 Idiopathic scoliosis is one of the most common spinal deformities. The spinal deformity can not only lead to the whole tunk imbalance, but also the shoulder imbalance. There are many imaging indicators and cosmetic measurements which have been used to evaluate patients' shoulder balance before and after sur- gery. But none of these indicators can reflect the actual shoulder balance better and the correlation between the imaging indicators and cosmetic measurements is not high. Meanwhile, the choice of segments to be fixed and fused can also affect the shoulder balance, especially the upper thoracic curve fusion. Here is to make a review of the latest progress of the shoulder balance of the idiopathic scoliosis patients.
