在总结我国雨水蓄积利用现状的基础上,系统梳理了集雨水饮用系统的组成,对雨水收集、输送、处理、蓄存的每个组成单元进行分析,解析了集雨水水质污染的来源和处理途径。基于集雨饮水系统具有社会性和公益性的特点,提出了相应工程参与式管理的框架建议。

Based on the summarization of the status of the rainwater harvesting and utilization in China,the composition of the rainwater harvesting system for drinking is systematically described,and then not only all the components such as rainwater harvesting,conveyance,treatment and storage are analyzed,but the sources of the pollution on the harvested rainwater and the treatment measures are also expatiated.In accordance with the characteristics of sociality and public benefit of the rainwater harvesting system for drinking,the framework of participation management for a relevant project is proposed as well.
