摘要
利用ANSYS软件,对混凝土骨料颗粒预冷传热问题进行了三维数值仿真分析。模拟了不同进出风口位置和进出风管直径下骨料仓内的温度分布,分析了不同因素对骨料颗粒冷却效果的影响,提出了合理的冷却仓结构设计参数,可为混凝土预冷系统的高效节能提供参考。
Based on ANSYS,a 3-D numerical simulation analysis is made on the heat transfer during precooling concrete aggregates.The temperature distributions in the aggregate bin under the conditions of different positions of air inlet and outlet and various diameters of air inlet and outlet pipes are simulated,and then the impacts from various factors on the cooling effect of the aggregates are analysed,furthermore,the reasonable parameters for the structural design of the aggregate bin is put forward as well; which can provide a reference for high efficiency and energy saving of the precooling system of concrete.
