摘要 本文针对机床行业重点商业型供应商的评价问题,提出了一种基于网络层次分析法(ANP)的供应商评价方法。首先简要分析了传统供应商选择中存在的问题,根据机床行业重点商业型供应商的特点建立了供应商评价指标体系;然后依据ANP原理,构建了供应商评价的依存、反馈网络;最后利用该模型对大连机床厂4个重点商业型供应商进行了评价,验证了网络层次分析法(ANP)在供应商评价中的特点和适用性。
