摘要
为了提高细纱机长车质量,分析了F1520-0113A、0114A龙筋的精度要求及加工现状,指出材料受热应力变形和工艺方法不当是导致龙筋变形的主要原因。通过工艺试验,改变现有铸造工艺,严格控制开箱时间、浇注温度及浇注时间,备料后进行陈炼工序,并在自动线前增加自然时效工序,下线后增加精铣工序,解决了细纱机长车龙筋变形问题。
In order to improve the quality of the long spinning frame,analysis is done to the precision of the rail F1520-0113、0114Aplus the current manufacuring technology.It proves that the main causes of the deformation of the rail inlude the hot tension deformation of material and improper process.The process test finds that solution to the rail deformation of the long frame includes change of the casting process,strict control of the box opening time,casting time,temperature.When the material is ready,the smelting process is needed.Process of natural conditioning in a given period is needed before the line.The lathing process is needed when line is off.Only by means of this process,the rail deformation is solved.
