摘要
为了提高针织物布面质量,从棉花疵点、未成熟纤维含量及短绒率、棉花及棉条质量、原料混配、清梳联与精梳工序清除效率、飞花积花、空调除尘等方面探讨了减少针织物死棉白星的关键技术。指出:针织物死棉白星的存在严重影响针织物面料质量;纺纱厂制定原料采购控制标准和混配棉标准,是从源头上防止和减少棉纱、针织物死棉白星的基础;纺纱过程中清梳联、精梳对危害性纤维、短绒、危害性疵点的有效清除,是保证棉纱棉结、细小纱疵、针织物死棉白星的关键;先进的单纤维测试仪可以简洁明了地控制原料及半制品质量;根据纺纱号数范围制定原料的混配标准也可以有效防止针织物死棉白星的产生;强化纺纱厂的清洁和除尘是减少不必要针织物死棉白星发生的关键。
In order to improve the quality of knitted fabric, approach is done into the reduction of the technology eliminating the nep in the knittied fabric from the aspects including the defected cotton, content of the imature fiber, noil rate;quality of cotton and cotton sliver, material blend- ing,clear-card process, clearing efficiency, fly contamination, ac cleaning. Conclusion is made that the nep has severe impact on the knitted fabric quality. The criteria with material stocking and blending are key important in prevention against the nep. The clear-carding in spinning process is also important in elimintaing harmful fiber,short fiber,and defects. The advanced in- strumentation is of easy access to control the quality of material and semi-products. Another el- ficient measure against the nep is process. Cleaning and dust removal the establishment of criteria with material and blending cannot be neglected
