磁控旋弧管板对焊激磁线圈径向磁场的简化算法

摘要 采用等效线匝的方法建立了磁控旋弧管板对焊激磁线圈径向磁场的计算模型,根据简化算法推导出径向磁感应强度的计算公式,计算并测量了匝数为510、半径为30mm的激磁线圈的径向磁感应强度。结果表明,径向磁场的测量值与计算值存在一定差异,但两者的变化趋势和空间分布相似,理论计算能够反映磁场的分布状况。该简化算法适于计算激磁线圈的径向磁场空间分布,可用于磁控旋弧对焊激磁线圈的设计。 A model of radial magnetic field of exciting coil for tube to plate MIAB (magnetically impelled arc butt welding) was established with an equivalent turns. Based on the further simplified model, the formula of the radial magnetic flux density was derived. The radial magnetic flux density of the exciting coil (turns is 510 and semi-diameter is 30ram) was calculated and measured. The results show that the values of theoretical calculation for radial magnetic flux density are consistent with that of the experimental data, the distribution of the magnetic field can be obtained by calculation. The simplified algorithm is suitable for the radial magnetic calculation of the exciting coil, and can be used to design exciting coil for MIAB welding.
