This artMe has analyzed the electric welding machine and various unsafe factors when welding operation ,and explored the safety inspection items and details before operate the equipment from three aspects, including the equipment, electrode holder, welding cable and earthing, etc. and put forward the technical requirements and inspection basis,which have good manipulation,are suitable for common arc welding operation.
