带专家系统的H型钢焊接专机的研制

Study on the special welding machine with expert system used for H-shaped steel welding

H型钢焊接专机应用技术非常成熟,然而传统的控制方式在调整焊接电流、电压和行走速度以及焊接电流、电压显示等方面采用半自动的方式,此方式在应对多种规格产品和新产品开发方面显得自动化程度比较落后。针对这个问题本研究设计出一款带专家数据库功能的H型钢埋弧焊接专机。专机以PLC作为控制核心,利用人机界面的配方功能建立焊接规范数据库,以及针对工艺员而设计的参数调整和数据库维护界面,既满足了现场批量生产的操作需要,同时也为新产品的开发提供了非常好的实验平台。通过现场使用设备各项指标满足设计要求,数据库的功能在新产品开发和现有产品的完善方面发挥非常出色。

The special welding machine used for H-shaped steel has been a rather popular technology.But the conventional control method about welding current,voltage,travel speed and current or voltage display is semiautomatic mode,which is inadequate for the development of new product in view of the backward automation level.According to the problem mentioned above,a special welding machine with expert database system used for H-shaped steel welding was developed.The PLC was used as the key control unit in the special welding machine.A welding process database was developed by the matching function of human-machine interface.The interface design of parameter adjusting and database maintenance was user friendly to the operator.These functions were adequate not only for the manufacture on a large scale,but also for the development of new product.The application result at processing filed indicated that the indicators of special welding machine were sufficient to meet the design requirements,and the functions of database system play an important role in the development of new product and improvement of existing products.
