摘要
设计了基于DSP的数字化IGBT软开关弧焊电源,给出了移相式双零软开关PWM全桥逆变数字主电路和以DSP为控制核心的数字化控制系统的设计方法。移相全桥软开关PWM变换器结合了PWM技术和软开关技术的优点;数字化闭环控制系统以DSP为控制核心,采用PI控制算法,用软件的方法实现电源特性控制、焊接参数的调整控制等。
A digital IGBT are welding power supply based on DSP is designed in this paper, and a method of design of the phase- shift double zero PWM soft switching full-bridge inverter main circuit and the DSP digital control system is proposed. Phase-shift full-bridge soft switching PWM converter combines the advantages of PWM technology and soft switch technology ,the digital closed- loop control system takes DSP as the control core ,the PI control algorithm is applied in the system ,and the software is used to perform the control of features of power supply and the adjustment control of welding parameter.
