铣削镍基高温合金刀具耐用度的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过硬质合金刀具对镍基高温合金GH4169进行了铣削试验,研究了不同的铣削用量对刀具耐用度的影响,并对刀具的主要磨损机理进行了分析。研究结果表明:切削速度对于铣削GH4169时刀具切削时间的影响最大,而每齿进给量的影响最小。对材料切除量影响最大的是切削速度,其次为每齿进给量和径向切深。刀具产生磨损的原因主要有粘结磨损、扩散磨损和疲劳磨损。 In this paper, the tool life affected by milling parameter and tool wear mechanism was investigated during milling of nickel - based superalloy GH4169 with cemented carbide tools. The conclusions are as follows : cutting speed has the greatest influence on cutting time during milling GH4169, while the amount of feed per tooth has the lowest influence. The greatest impact on the amount of material removal is the cutting speed, followed by the amount of feed per tooth and ra- dial depth of cut. The causes of toll wear include adhesive wear, diffusion wear and fatigue wear.
