摘要 为了更好地研究细长杆的切削过程,以有限元分析法为基础,借助Deform-3D软件的切削仿真模型和数值模拟分析环境,通过对金属切削过程中切屑的形成及流动进行模拟,获得切削力变化规律,切削热和应力应变的分布情况。仿真结果对实际加工过程中工艺效果的预测提供理论依据。 Abstract : In order to better research the cutting process of slender rod better, using the finite element analysis meth- od as the foundation, with the help of cutting simulation model and numerical simulation analysis environment of DEFORM - 3D software, through the simulation of metal cutting process of chip formation and flow situation, obtain the cutting force g change rule, the distribution rule of cutting thermo , the stress and strain. The results of simulation can provide a theo- retical guidance to predict the effect of the process in actual machining process.
