摘要 为了解决红外无线数据通信距离短的问题,分析了红外无线数据通信的现状,概述了IrDA通信协议及原理,在此基础上设计了一种实际可行、可多节点级联的红外无线通信模块。以支持IrDA协议的单片机为载体,采用串行数据半双工通信传输方式,引入RS485级联结构,实现单个或级联红外无线数据通信。实验结果表明,单个红外节点模块可以实现在35°、120 cm的范围内无误码的有效传输,级联时可以实现300 m长距离通信,设计具有成本低、抗干扰能力强、可靠性高、可方便集成到各种设备等特点。 In order to solve the problem of the short distance of infrared wireless data communication, this paper an-alyses the current situation of infrared wireless data communication, summarizes the IrDA communication protocol and principles. On the basis of it, a practical and flexible infrared wireless communication module, which can be multi-node cascaded, is designed. This design adopts the microcontroller as the carrier, accepts the IrDA protocol. In order to achieve a single or cascade infrared wireless data communication, the string half-duplex communication line data transmission mode is used and the RS485 cascade structure is introduced. The experiment result shows that a single infrared node module can realize the effective transmission without an error code within the theta range of 35 degree and the distance range 120cm. It can realize the long-distance communication within 300m when cas-caded. This design has many features: low cost, anti-interference ability, high reliability, easily to be integrated into a variety of devices and instrumentations.
