悬绳法立井井筒径向变形监测关键技术与实践 被引量:4

摘要 阐述了悬绳法测量立井井筒井壁径向变形的原理及利弊。悬绳法实施动态监测有两大技术难题,即重锤摆动不止和径向分力太小。针对这两大难题提出了解决方案,设计了合理的机械结构以解决悬绳法测量中重锤摆动不止的问题,并综合运用位移传感器技术及现代通信技术实现井筒径向变形在线监测,结合数学方法对监测数据进行处理,得到较为准确的立井井筒径向变形位移值。理论分析和实验证明,运用该方法能够及时掌握井壁变形变化情况,同时也为对井筒采取相应加固维护措施提供依据。 This paper describes the principle and the pros and cons of the radical deformation of vertical shaft based on rope suspension method. There are two difficult problems existed in the dynamic monitoring based on rope sus-pension method, one is counter-weight swing, and the other is that the radical component force is too small. This pa-per presented the solutions for these problems, designed the reasonable mechanical structure to solve the problem of counter-weight swing. The vertical deformation of shaft can be monitored on-line by comprehensive use of displace- ment sensorless technology and modern communication technology. Combined with mathematics method, the monito- ring data is processed to get accurate displacement value of the radical deformation of vertical shaft. Theoretical analysis and practice show that the situation of the radical deformation of vertical shaft can be grasped in-time by using this method. Meanwhile, this method can provide evidence for adopt measures to strengthen and maintain shaft.
