辊压浸注浸渍树脂致木材力学性质变异 被引量:4

Variance of Mechanical Properties of Lumber Impregnated with A-stage Resin by Roller-compression

摘要 使用脲醛和酚醛两种浸渍树脂对大青杨板材实施辊压浸注处理,对不同工艺条件处理材的增重率和主要力学性能指标进行了测试和分析。结果表明:增重率随着树脂质量分数、辊压压缩率和压缩次数的增加而增大,浸注脲醛树脂的增重率在0.85%-12.92%之间,浸注酚醛树脂的增重率在2.01%-15.16%之间。与未处理材相比,辊压浸注脲醛树脂处理材的硬度提高了1.63%-11.32%,耐磨性提高了3.80%-21.77%,抗弯强度提高了5.16%-19.08%,抗弯弹性模量提高了4.20%-15.65%,冲击韧性提高了2.66%-15.50%;浸注酚醛树脂处理材以上五种指标依次提高了4.21%-11.89%、3.11%-23.17%、7.60%-19.85%、6.46%-16.32%和4.81%-14.78%。 Lumber of Populus ussuriensis Kom.was impregnated with a-stage resin of OF and PF by roller-compression,The increased rate of resin and the mechanical properties of lumber by different treatments were tested and analyzed.Experiment results show that the mass of resin increases with the rise of the mass fraction of resin,compression rate and compression times,the increased ratio of resin with lumber impregnated with OF is from 0.85%to 12.92%,and which with PIT is from 2.01%to 15.16%.The increased rate of hardness of lumber impregnated with OF by roller-compression is from 1.63%to 11.32%,the resistance to abrasion is from 3.80%to 21.77%,the bending strength is from 5.16%to 19.08%,the modulus of elasticity in static bending is from 4.20%to 15.65%,and the toughness is from 2.66%to 15.50%,and which with PF is orderly from 4.21%to 11.89%,3.11%to 23.17%,7.60%to 19.85%,6.46%to 16.32%and 4.81%to 14.78%0
