摘要
报道了 BSA- SDS- Ag聚合物纳米微粒的制备及水凝胶的性质。用 X射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外 (FT- IR)光谱考察了这种聚合物微粒的结构 ,微粒粒径 32 nm左右 ;用 UV/ Vis光谱及 SEM考察了水凝胶的性质。表明 Ag+ 离子先与 BSA产生化学键合 ,再还原为 Ag粒 ,进而聚合成网状结构的聚合物。
Preparation of polymeric nanoparticles of BSA SDS Ag and properties of its hydrogeles were reported.The structure of nanoparticles,which is about the size of 32nm,was investigated by XRD,TEM and FT IR spectra.The properties of hydrogels were studied by UV/Vis and SEM.The results show that the Ag + ions are chemically bonded to BSA at first,then reduced to Ag particles and finally polymerized to a network complex.
