摘要
本文研究了用 ALL IANCE自动分析仪测定烟草中钾 ,选择了最佳仪器分析条件和样品提取条件 ,并与传统的四苯硼钠重量法作了对比 ,在此基础上建立了一种连续测定烟草中钾的方法 ,为准确快速地测定烟草中的钾提供了保证。
The determination of potassium in tobacco was studied by ALLIANCE .The suitable condition for the extracting potassium was selected,and compared with sodium tetraphenyl boron gravimetric method.Based on this,a new method for the continuous determination of potassium was established.This method gives a guarantee for the rapid and accurate determination of potassium in tobacco.
