摘要
随着电力业务集约化、精益化、标准化的要求越来越高和信息化支撑能力的不断提升,数据治理已成为电力企业信息系统集中建设(一级部署)、大数据应用、智能分析决策应用的重要基石。目前,电力企业数据治理工作仍然偏重于技术,各业务条线内虽开展了数据治理相关工作,但推动力度不强,缺乏业务部门之间的相互协调与配合,开展工作主要还停留在现有业务环节的数据质量问题等方面,而对企业级更深层次的数据治理体系建设尚未涉及。数据治理不仅是技术上的治理工作,更是以有效满足自上而下管理的数据使用需求,电力企业的数据治理体系应定位为包括数据、应用、技术和组织4位一体的均衡的信息化架构的关键一环,从而推动电力企业业务的和谐发展。
With increasing higher demands on intensification, exquisiteness and standardization of power businesses and the supporting capacity of informatization constantly improved, data governance has laid an important tbundation for the intensive construction (class-I deployment) of power enterprise information systems, big data application, and intelligence analysis and decision application. At present, data governance of power grid enterprises still lays emphasis on technologies. Though each business line has carried out data governance, it is exposed to various problems, such as the poor driving force, lack of coordination and cooperation between business departments, stress on existing business links during data governance, and lack of the data governance system oil deeper enterprise-level. Data governance is required not only by technical governance, but also by the top-down data use of effective management. The data governance system of power enterprises is supposed to be positioned as a key link of the integrated and balanced informatization architecture involved in data, application, technology and organization. In this way, the harmonious development of power enterprise businesses will be furthered.
