摘要
面对日益复杂和不断变化的业务需求,浙江电力信息化工作面临前所未有的巨大挑战。文章在分析浙江电力信息化工作现状基础上,通过研究软件应用生命周期管理(ALM)的理论和实施方法论,从而整合企业的业务团队和IT团队,帮助企业梳理优化基于ITIL生命周期中的各个阶段。最终达到加快业务创新、降低总体拥有成本、减少风险并提高应用质量的目标。
With the increasing complexity and varying business needs, Zhejiang electric power intbrmatization work is facing with unprecedented challenges. Based on the situations of Zhejiang electric power intbrmatization, this paper studies the theory and implementation methodology of software lifecycle management, and integrates enterprises' business tearn with IT team to help them to optimize the ITIL based lifecycle in order to achieve the goals of accelerating business innovation, lowering total cost of ownership, reducing risk and improving application quality.
