摘要
为了有效提升国家电网公司工程财务管理工作,达到强化工程财务全过程闭环管理和精细化管理的目的,满足业务高效集成和数据共享管理,实现业务信息及时准确化分析的目标,远光软件与国家电网基层单位共同对国家电网工程全过程管理进行了积极的研究和探索,并就国家电网各供电公司工程财务全过程管理的建设思想和工作方法,进行了有效实践和总结。
In order to improve the project finance management level in SGCC, achieve the goals of close-loop finance management and lean management in the lifecycle of projects, meet the needs of high effective business integration and data sharing management, and fulfill the analysis of business information timely and accurately, the YGSoft Inc. and SGCC grass-roots unit jointly carry out active research and exploration of the lifecycle finance management of projects. Now, this paper summarizes the construction ideas and measures for the lifecycle finance management for projects in electricity supply companies of SGCC.
