CT对一过性髌骨外侧脱位的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CT对一过性髌骨外侧脱位(TLPD)的诊断和治疗的价值。方法回顾性分析经MRI确诊的30例TLPD的CT资料,并与MRI和手术结果对照。结果 TLPD的CT表现有骨折、髌骨位置异常和关节积液。29例有骨折。其中15例有髌骨骨软骨骨折,14例有股骨滑车外缘骨软骨骨折,形成的骨软骨骨折片为条状。16例有髌骨内缘撕脱骨折。4例有髌骨软骨下骨折,3例有股骨软骨下骨折。29例有髌骨外移,27例有髌骨倾斜。30例均有关节积液,其中关节血症3例,积脂血症7例。结论 CT表现能够提示TLPD的诊断,指导临床治疗。
