摘要
细胞凋亡又称程序性细胞死亡，是生物体内细胞在特定的内源和外源信号诱导下，其死亡途径被激活，并在有关基因的调控下发生的程序性死亡过程，对机体的发生、发展以及自身稳定起着关键性作用。
