摘要
北京绿地中心工程为超高层工程,总建筑面积超过35万m2,为超大型施工现场。施工场地狭窄且场地布置变化频繁。通过对混凝土泵管余料回收技术及绿色路面施工技术进行研究,采用气洗加水洗的方式回收余料。将回收后的混凝土制成钢筋混凝土预制块,可循环利用于绿色路面,节约了施工成本。
This project is a superhigh building covering a total gross building area of more than 350000m2 and involving a super-large construction site. Considering relatively excessive solid concrete waste generated during construction, air purging plus water flushing method is adopted to recycle the residual concrete after research on recycle technique of residual concrete in pump pipe and green pavement construction technique. The recycled concrete is made into precast reinforced concrete blocks which could be used for green pavement and could obviously save construction cost.
