摘要
从居住建筑相关规范角度出发,以实际项目设计数据为例,按总体规划、单体设计、地下工程和材料构造等4个方面提出在建筑设计阶段即可降低住房建设成本的设计措施,为公共租赁住房开发和设计有效控制成本提供参考。
Based on related specifications for residential building and practical project design data, design measures for reducing construction cost during design period on the following four aspects, including general planning, single building design, underground design and structure design, so as to provide references for saving construction cost during development and design of public rental housing.
