摘要
内燃机气门弹簧的设计一般属于多目标优化设计。根据内燃机气门弹簧在实际中的设计要求,建立其多目标优化模型。采用NSGA-II优化算法对其进行多目标优化,克服了传统的试凑法和图解法存在的不足,实现了多方案优化设计,提高了气门弹簧的设计质量和设计效率,具有较大的工程使用价值。
The design of engine valve spring generally belongs to multi-objective optimum design.Ac- cording to the design requirements of the internal combustion engine valve spring,its multi-objective optimization model is established.The NSGA-II can overcome the shortcoming of traditional trying means and graphical methods,this method can provide more optimized design schemes.This kind of thoughts and methods can improve the design quality and efficiency,and it has much more engineering practical value.
